Picturesque hill walks are on the doorstep and nearby highlights include Snowdonia/Eryri, Powys Castle, Lake Vyrnwy and magnificent beaches; there are plenty of activities to suit everyone. Our cosy cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, one double bed and sitting room/diner with views across the valley.

This converted stable block is situated on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park making it an ideal base from which to explore the wonderful surroundings. A stone's throw from Zip World and a short walk from the Glyderau, Y Stabl is also an ideal base for those with an adventurous spirit. The mountain scrambles of the Ogwen Valley, rock climbs of the Llanberis Pass, the mountain bike trails of the Gwydir Forest and the beaches of Anglesey and the Llyn are all easily accessible by short drives.

Mezzanine bedroom with a very low ceiling height, you are not able to stand in the mezzanine, but it is accessed by stairs and it is recommended if you may have access issues, then there is a pull out double sofa-bed that can be used as an alternative. We are situated 2 miles from the delightful, medieval market town of Ruthin with it's historic buildings and castle, on a quiet country lane. There is a wealth of cycle routes and walking paths locally.
