Required non-refundable pet fee for our dog-friendly accommodations w/direct access to our fenced back yard (fee is based upon # of pets & length of stay). Saturday - Saturday rentals during prime season (Memorial Day Wk- End thru Labor Day Wk-End). No monthly discounts during summer prime. Bed/Bath linens additional fee ($75) or BYOL

On the same property as the Carriage House and the Annex, everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!
