New Modern 4 Bedroom House. Warm/Cosy. Heated/cooled by 2 Heatpumps and a woodburner. 15mins drive from Airport and Dunedin town centre. Generally quiet neighbourhood, but is near the Rescue Helicopter Base so on occaision helicopters can be heard. House is double glazed so this is not usually intrusive. It is a warm, clean, sunny and spacious Ground Floor house. The perfect city base. It is located at Dunedin South so you could stay in a relaxed neighbourhood, and it is just a short walk to famous Saint Clair beaches, and just a short drive to the would class University and the Otago Peninsula. There are cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars nearby.

Tucked away in beautiful Kōpūtai - Port Chalmers, Dunedin, is my historic 1882 one bedroom fully furnished apartment, a cosy retreat with all day sun! Relax on the veranda or visit interesting shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, and the supermarket, just a 10 minute walk away with the stadium being a ten minute drive. The surf beaches are a short drive away in all directions. Closer to the door step are walking tracks and fishing spots. Maybe bike Te Aka Ōtakākou our shared pathway.

Lovely Historic School, Karitane

Our unique stand alone studio is a small, historic, renovated school about 30km north of Dunedin and close to the village of Karitane. The school has everything you need for a warm, comfortable stay. There books and games for your use. We live in a repurposed sheep shearing shed nearby and both buildings are surrounded by extensive gardens and plantings. There are panoramic views of the very picturesque coast line and out to sea. It is very peaceful and private.

Formosa Garden House

A lovely 3 bedroom farm flat with double glassing windows and new carpet situated in an organic garden. This guest house is joined to the main house with its own kitchen, bath, toilet and laundry. This flat is in a natural reserve area and you will wake up in the singing of birds. It is about 6 Km from Otago University. You have to drive up the valley and about 500m unsealed road to reach this tranquil paradise and enjoy a relaxing, peaceful holiday in our farm.
