You have the entire second floor to yourself, w/ driveway parking, private entrance & bath, lounge, work/eating counter, high speed WiFi & Roku Smart TV. There's a small fridge, microwave, Brio hot/cold filtered water dispenser, Keurig. Coffee, tea, milks, homemade muffins, granola bars :). Please note: GUESTS MUST BE ON THE LISTING. Charming 1870s Home Near Beaches and Casinos

Built in 1870, this home was the first on the street. It boasts a charming interior with ample outdoor space for gathering and relaxing. You will see some older features of the house that were kept to preserve history (some door hardware, low ceilings, flooring, including old paint splatters, and the old coal chute covers). Centrally located to Downtown Westerly, Misquamicut beach, Mystic, casinos and all that Connecticut and Rhode Island have to offer.
