Situated on 10 acres this designer guest retreat is self contained with a large living room, 2 bathrooms & an expansive bedroom. Both areas open onto outdoor patio garden spaces. This private space is situated at the end of house & accessed independently of the house. Pool & Tennis Court with a large Tennis Court House. 2 portacots & 3 teenage kids that can babysit. Fridge, toaster, kettle,Webber BBQ etc 10 min walk Clevedon Village or 3 mins car. wheelchair access also

You'll love our location, it is quite unique. In a prior life it was a mechanics workshop which we have repurposed into a delightful home. BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area. Tea, coffee, milk and "some treats" included.

A quiet room within our home located in the lovely suburb of Herne Bay. It is a garden room with own bathroom in one of the best locations in Auckland. Guests have full use of facilities including a complimentary continental breakfast if required. Walk everywhere or there is a bus on the corner. We are only 5 minutes to local restaurants and 10 minutes to bars and live music. Central to galleries, museums and shopping!
