Die hochwertige Einrichtung wurde mit Sorgfalt ausgewählt, sodass es euch an nichts fehlen wird und ihr euch wohlfühlen könnt. Das Penthouse bietet 5 Sterne Luxusausstattung, wie eine Hotelsuite. Die Großzügigkeit eignet sich auch hervorragend für geschäftliche Meetings. Das Wohnzimmer strahlt durch sein wunderschönes Naturholzparkett und die Sofa-Landschaft (4 x 5m) eine gemütliche und warme Atmosphäre aus. Hier könnt ihr in vollen Zügen das Entertainment Paket mit Kabelfernsehen, Internet und Apple TV auf dem 75 Zoll Full HD-Fernseher genießen. Außerdem könnt ihr eure eigene Musik in vollem Klang über die Bose Docking Station (iPhone) erleben. Angrenzend an das Wohnzimmer befindet sich der große Balkon mit Ausrichtung nach Süden, auf dem ihr warme Tage verbringen könnt. An dem Tisch könnt ihr speisen oder arbeiten und die Liegestühle stehen euch zum Entspannen zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück liegt im Grünen, sodass ihr hier ruhige Tage verbringen könnt. Der Essbereich sowie die Küche sind offen gestaltet und gliedern sich nahtlos an den Wohnbereich an. Am Esstisch können 8 Personen Platz nehmen und angenehme Abende zusammen verbringen. Die hochwertige Küche mit Kochinsel bietet viel Platz und jegliche Geräte, die man für ein perfektes Dinner benötigen könnte. So stehen euch zum Beispiel eine Saftpresse, ein Mixer, ein Induktionskochfeld und eine Teriyaki-Grillplatte zur Verfügung. Drei unterschiedlich designte Schlafzimmer befinden sich in meinem Apartment. Im ersten finden sich zwei Einzel-Boxspringbetten (0,8 x 2m), die dem schwarz-weiß Stil des Zimmers angepasst sind. Hier befinden sich außerdem noch ein Chaiselongue sowie eine Kleiderablage. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer, das in monochromatischem silber gehalten ist, befindet sich ein weiteres amerikanisches Holzboxspringbett (1,80 x 2m), in dem ihr wie auf Wolken schlafen werdet. Natürlich werden alle Betten frisch für euch bezogen sein. Des weiteren könnt ihr hier bequem vom Bett aus fernsehen, wenn ihr möchtet. Auch im dritten Schlafzimmer habt ihr ein großes Boxspringbett (1,80 x 2m) zur Verfügung. Das präsente altbritische Flair gibt diesem Raum eine ganz besondere Ausstrahlung. An dem Schreibtisch hier könnt ihr eure Arbeit erledigen, wenn ihr auf Geschäftsreise seid. Das Apartment verfügt außerdem über zwei Badezimmer. Das erste wurde ganz im mediterranen Stil mit warmen, erdigen Farben versehen. Unter der luxuriösen Regenwalddusche kann der Tag perfekt beginnen. Auch im zweiten Badezimmer kann der Start in den Tag gut gelingen. In diesem maritimen Flair fühlt sich Duschen beinah wie im Urlaub in Griechenland an. In eurem temporären Zuhause erwarten euch frische, hochwertige Handtücher und Bettwäsche sowie Pflegeartikel für euren Gebrauch. Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine Gäste-Toilette im Flur. Auf Anfrage können Services wie ein Abholservice vom Flughafen, Zugang zur Sauna, tägliche Zimmerreinigung, Einkauf, Frühstück, Dinner etc. angeboten werden. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Villa in Köln-Hahnwald gelegen. Eine Bäckerei und Supermärkte befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung. Auch die Metro ist von der Wohnung schnell erreichbar. Das historische Dorf Rodenkirchen liegt direkt am Rhein in 3km Entfernung. Dort gibt es Restaurants auf Booten mit Rheinblick. Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um mit dem Schiff in die Altstadt zu fahren. Die Kölner Innenstadt und die Messe erreicht man in etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Von der Station Köln-Hahnwald, die etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt liegt, erreicht man den Hauptbahnhof mit einmaligem Umsteigen an der Station Rodenkirchen Bahnhof in ca. 35 Minuten. Vom Kölner Hauptbahnhof kann man den Flughafen Köln/Bonn mit dem Zug RE 6 oder der S19 in 13 Minuten erreichen.

Stroll in the open spaces of nearby Griftpark, while the central railway station is a 15-minute walk. Train: The apartment is located 15 min walking distance from Utrecht Central Station train station. Utrecht is easiest reachable within 30 min by train from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Car: There are paid parking places in the street for EUR 3,58 per hour or EUR 24,96 per day. On Sunday it is free to park. There is also an option to park in parking garage called Grifthoek for EUR 16,00 per day. This parking garage is very close by (4 min walk) Free parking is possible near train station Utrecht Overvecht, but will take you at least 20-25 min walk to the apartment.

A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)
