The Lazy Breeze is a 640 square foot condo on North Padre Island. King size bed with a pull out sofa, full kitchen and dining table. Full shower/tub combo. Secured entry. Located on the 2nd floor - Complex has large elevator. I know many want to stay *on* the beach, but since you can drive on the beach, you will still load up your stuff (ice chests, toys, towels etc) and drive to your beach spot regardless of how close your condo is! Come stay with us! *HOA does not allow pets. I'm sorry!*

On the Beach & Sunrise

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. We have another house across the street to accommodate more guests up to 8 more, message me.

Relaxing Coastal Treasure

The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. The lower deck is great to park your personal boat or try your luck at catching crabs. My hope is to make this place a home away from home. Permit# 2022-195692

My place is close to the beach, great fishing, Mustang Island State Park, Padre Island National Seashore, restaurants and shopping!. You’ll love my place because of the view is amazing, the beach and Packery Lake from the patio. Walk down to the beach, come relax by the heated pool and hot tub. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime on smart TVs.
