We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Studio 68 Centrally Located Garden Retreat

Privately positioned at the back of our leafy garden with separate access and gated off street parking away from the main house, Studio 68 is located just a two minute walk from the North Hobart strip and a 20 minute walk to Salamanca and Hobart's waterfront. Close to cafes, restaurants and bars, this garden studio is only a 5 minute drive to the Mona ferry terminal or a 20 minute drive to Mona. Wifi, heating and contemporary kitchen and bathroom ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay!

The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.

Modern federation home in great location

Centrally located in popular North Hobart, base yourself in comfort and style with the best of Hobart on your doorstep. The restaurant and café strip on nearby Elizabeth Street is a 5 minute walk, or take in a film at the historic State Cinema (rooftop screenings are generally available during the summer months). Walk into the CBD in under 20 minutes or take an Uber for $9. Ride-sharing scooters are also readily available. Sleeping 6 guests with Wi-Fi and off-street parking.

The cottage features 3 large bedrooms (queen beds), wood heater, north facing courtyard, renovated kitchen, full bathroom with bath. Located one block from the North Hobart restaurant/cafe strip, 1.5km from the city/MONA ferry terminal/Salamanca and a 14 minute drive to MONA. Garden apartment in heritage listed New Town home

A delightful, secluded, fully self-contained apartment surrounded by private gardens under our own residence, an historic, heritage listed sandstone home built in 1908. Separate private entry, on-site parking, only 10 minutes walk to North Hobart restaurants and the popular State cinema. 5 minutes by car to the city or hop on the bus, which goes into the city every 10 minutes during peak periods.

The original Cottage once served as the first North Hobart Post & Telegraph Office and has been recently renovated to accommodate guests. It is an upstairs studio with it's own entrance. It is warm, spacious, comfortable and self contained. The studio connects to a second separate bedroom which can be made available for additional guests. There is an outside deck for the exclusive use of guests.

Aerie Retreat

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.

Our spacious top floor art deco flat is just a stroll away from North Hobart shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Great views, stylish and comfortable, it is perfect for a relaxing Hobart break. The Shed

The Shed is a contemporary tiny home, nestled in West Hobart, right on the fringe of Hobart’s CBD. The space is a completely private retreat where you can relax in the cosy hardwood interior, surrounded by the work of local artists.
