Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

Our house is situated centrally within an easy walking distance from seafront, beaches, car parks and town. We are next to the churchyard a stone's throw away from the grave and statue of Mary Anning the famous palaeontologist and fossil collector. We will provide a parking 🅿️ permit for only 1 vehicle. The town is nestled on a hill with 360 degree views of the countryside. A great base to explore North Devon’s beaches, rugged Moors and breath-taking countryside. We have recently re carpeted the entire ground floor and the kitchen has new flooring so there is no longer a crack in the kitchen floor tiles as per some reviews. The house is modern and is in a quiet residential area. This house has a STRICT NO PARTIES POLICY. No using the garden area after 10pm.
