Our cosy horse-drawn wagon offers the perfect off-grid escape, surrounded by 100 acres of deciduous woodlands and wild meadows. We are a working smallholding, dedicated to creating a space where humans and nature can thrive together, increasing biodiversity, and making the most of the beautiful natural landscape of Devon. Cook on an open fire, spend your evenings relaxing and stargazing in the outdoor fire-heated bath, and try your hand at bird spotting – there’s plenty of wildlife to be seen!

The carriage has been hand built and reclaimed from an old Devon railway carriage into a luxury self contained space - perfect for romantic breaks in nature. It is on our farm with a private hot tub, bbq, fire pit, outdoor table & chairs, outdoor sofa in a fenced private garden suitable for kids. Inside is a bathroom, sleeping, cooking and living space. The adjacent shed has a dishwasher, washing machine & storage. Suitable for a couple or a family of 4. Well behaved pets permitted. NOTE: The toilet space is tight.
