Wunderschön umgebautes, denkmalgeschütztes Gebäude der Klasse 2, das ursprünglich Teil der King Edward School war, die als altes Chemielabor bekannt ist. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ruhigen Innenhof in einem Naturschutzgebiet von Louth und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das Ferienhaus besteht aus einer Küche/Wohnbereich/Eingangshalle/Flur/Schlafzimmer mit TV und begehbarem Kleiderschrank/eigenem Badezimmer mit begehbarer Regendusche. Es gibt auch eine weitere Toilette abseits des Flurs. Alles im Erdgeschoss für einen einfachen Zugang.

Unser Blockhaus bietet luxuriöse Bed & Breakfast-Unterkünfte für zwei Personen. Eine private Veranda, ein gemütlicher Wohnbereich mit Holzofen, ein eigenes Duschbad und ein Doppelbett im Zwischengeschoss bieten den perfekten Rückzugsort für Paare.
