Our loft also has a beautiful chef’s kitchen where you can prepare home cooked meals if you like to cook or is in walking distance to several great places to eat if you want someone to do the cooking for you.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Unique log cabin with everything you need just bring clothes and food. Maah Daah Hey trail close by for hiking, biking or horse back riding. North Unit Theodore Roosevelt Park just few miles from cabin. Washer/dryer available in separate washroom close to cabin. Lone Butte Ranch-Cedar Post

The Cedar Post was built in 2021. This log cabin is one of 3 cabins located on our working cattle ranch. We are located in the heart of the Badlands, only 14 miles south of the Theodore Roosevelt National Park, North Unit, and 65 miles north of the TRNP South Unit. We have miles of hiking trails or riding trails if you prefer to bring your horses. This secluded cabin has it's own private hot tub and all your modern amenities but still has that rustic feel.
