No parties allowed, it is on the lower level of our house, which overlooks Sydney Harbour, It has its own private entrance and is totally separate, it has direct access to the beach in Clontarf, there are 62 steps up to the apartment. We are on the Spit bridge to Manly walk which is stunning. Seaforth Village and Manly are close. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by

Featuring a large bedroom with a queen size bed, study desk and walk-in robe. Lovely french doors in the lounge room open to the patio with views to the garden. A large sofa with chaise is perfect for relaxing. A variety of first-class dining/shopping options are available in Mosman and Manly. Easy walk to Seaforth and Balgowlah Heights villages.

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.
