Horton farm cottage located on 40 acres.

Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

The Dogwood House

A beautiful 550 square foot self built house in the woods. Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. Quiet, private and surrounded by trees. 5 minutes from downtown Nevada City. Near a variety of outdoor activities. Down a private driveway with lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ, big bathtub, art, extra bedding, TV, library and washer.

Amazing loft above the horse barn!

We have 4 baby goats born on 6/24/25 that you are welcome to play with and cuddle! They are so entertaining! This is a horse ranch in the foothills of El Dorado county, with a loft studio above the barn. It is comfortably furnished and has a true country feel! The barn and loft is very private & easy to socially distance if preferred. This lovely loft is available to rent year round. Be surrounded by nature and enjoy hiking, rafting, swimming, biking! Come and enjoy all this area has to offer

Come and relax at “The Double MK Ranch” overlooking the vineyard of Dono Dal Cielo. Centrally located between I-80 and Hwy 65 and set within Placer County wine trail. We have two spaces (same price) just specify which room you want to stay in. Our Romantic Suite is attached to the Theater Game Room which is EXCLUSIVE to the Suite. Our additional space is a Tiny Home- full kitchen, full bath and a queen Murphy bed. If the Suite is NOT rented the Tiny home renter WILL have access to the Game Room

Located just minutes from Grass Valley/Nevada City and the beautiful downtown Auburn. 15 minutes off HWY 80 and just over an hour to Truckee and Tahoe! Laundry room available, parking at unit, seating area outside.

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!
