It's tucked in a quiet valley (wooded creek out back!) but has central access. Enjoy a family BBQ on the secluded rear deck with fenced in backyard. We're also dog friendly! Two bedrooms, kitchen, and a single floor layout, the cabin is just the right size for cozy relaxing or a home base for your adventures.

Enjoy an Adventure in "Glamping" at Highland House on Pittsburgher Highland Farm. This custom built Tiny House is situated on over 100 acres of rolling farmland, hills and forests, with Scottish Highland cattle, chickens, sheep & lambs, pigs, fish in the pond, and 2 beehives. You have use of the entire farm during your stay. Located about 45 minutes south-east of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania's beautiful Laurel Highlands, there is lots to see and do both on site and nearby. Small, one level home. (Stairs to get inside), that has one large bedroom and one small. House has fully functional kitchen, is near to a children’s indoor playground & local boutique, coffee shop and bakery, and has off street parking. Main bedroom and living room both have tv where you can login to any of your favorite streaming apps. Host lives locally, and works in the building attached to the house so is always available! Located only 35 miles from downtown Pittsburgh. For cyclists and hikers, near the the Armstrong Trail (38 mile biking/ hiking trail), only 5 minute drive to the popular hiking destination of Buttermilk Falls. There is a boat ramp a mile down the road. Community Park, shopping and restaurants within walking distance of home.

It' conveniently located within an 8 minute drive from the Pennsylvania Turnpike . There is a hospital and park nearby. The Waterworks Mall which includes grocery stores, retail shopping, restaurants, wine and spirits store, fast food , and movie theater is a short 5 minute drive.

Farm getaway! Come stay at the Lodge on the Leap.

Come stay at the Lodge on the Leap for a refreshing getaway. Sit back and relax on the covered porch and watch the Mini Donkeys and Goats out in the field. You may also see an occasional deer or turkey. Sit by the pond, or take a stroll on one of the many walking trails. We have recently converted our basement into a quaint 2 bedroom apartment. It is complete with a living room, full kitchen, bath and laundry area. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed.

We are located only 20 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh and 15 minutes to Heinz Field, PPG Paints Arena, and PNC Park. This area is close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and the PA Turnpike.
