This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals

Terracotta Boutique Beach Studio 01

Brand new for 2022!! Terracotta is situated just 2km away from the center of Molivos and 50km away from Mytilene's (Lesvos) International Airport. The rooms are on the beach by the sea and also have a garden and private parking. Almyra also benefits from the beautiful facilities of hotel Aphrodite next door and our guests can take advantage of amazing home cooked food at the taverna or chill out by the pool.

Seafront apartment

A beautiful apartment with panoramic view the infinite blue. Located on the Southeastern part of the island, 9km from the port and 6km from the airport. In a distance of 1,5km from the house is the famous sandy beach of Karfas and 1 km from the fantastic beach with sand and pebble of Mega Limnionas. There you 'll find playground, taverns, super market and bars. Ask about the rental cars we have available.

The View

This is a 18sq.m. independent studio. It has a double bed or two single beds. In the studio there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker.There is a small balcony where you may enjoy your coffee watching the ocean. The studio is located in a quiet area at the beachfront of Eressos and it is around 10metres from the water .Also its 50metres away from the first taverna and shops.

Molivos Garden Studio

"Garden Studio" is detached to a lovely old house in the heart of Molivos - in the center but in a quiet neighbourhood. It has room for max. 3 persons, is well equipped and has a renovated, modern bathroom. From the terrace and the garden you can enjoy the stunning view to the deep blue Aegean Sea. The Studio shares a garden with my second listing „Villa Kamper“ Registry ID 291574
