Το στούντιο βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση, περίπου δύο λεπτών με μεταφορικό μέσο (2χλμ), από εστιατόρια, παραλίες, χώρους εστίασης, καφετέριες, κλαμπ και καταστήματα τροφίμων. Κατάλληλο για φυσιολάτρες, περιπατητές, παρατηρητές πουλιών και ποδηλάτες.

Βρίσκεται 150 μέτρα από την παραλία της Κώμης και μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από τα περίφημα "Μαύρα Βόλια", σε μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή και παράλληλα σε μικρή απόσταση (που μπορεί να διανυθεί με τα πόδια σε 5' ) από τις ταβέρνες και τις καφετέριες. Εύκολο πάρκινγκ, σε ήσυχο δρόμο χωρίς πολλά αυτοκίνητα.

VILLA LES PIEDS DANS L’EAU EN GRECE Pour vos vacances, nous vous proposons notre villa nichée dans le golfe de Gera, protégé en zone Natura 2000. Construite en 2020 sur une oliveraie de 6000m² recouverte de 80 Oliviers, elle dispose d’une plage privée située à 30 mètres de la maison. Les 3 chambres sont équipées d’un lit double et chacune de leur propre salles de bain. Les lits disposés face à la mer vous offriront une vue unique sur la mer et sur l'oliveraie.

The cozy two-floor flat is located in a traditional Ikarian stone house, built on the natural rock of Fytema Valley. From the living room, you have a beautiful view of the sea. The Beach is only 200 meters away. In front of and beside the apartment, there are two terraces. The furnishings – antique pieces – match the house building period, almost 100 years ago. A wonderful special feature of the apartment is the view of the sea from the bed.

Maisonette in the village of Kalloni just 3 km from Kalloni Bay Wetland a great place to observe hundrents hundreds of pink flamingos and differend birds species. The village is also sited in the middle of the island, just few km away from all interresting sights and beaches. Our house is very comfortable for three persons ( or four under request).

Bee House

We have reconstructed a traditional stone and rock cottage, taking care to preserve the original architecture of the building. Originally built in the 1900s, this kalaki is a one-bedroom space with a small terrace overlooking the sea and the neighboring islands (Syros, Kea, Kythnos, and Giaros).
