Terrasse bois. Spa utilisable toute l’année. Jardin non clôturé.

Newly refurbished stone barn full of light and color in a cute village just 1 km from the sea. Wood floors and natural insulation give a feeling of warmth. Upstairs living room leads to sunny roof terrace or go out of kitchen to shady private garden. Home-cooked meals of homegrown or local produce available on request, as well as visits of our mini-farm and garden. Well-appointed kitchen includes dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and coffee maker.

Charming single storey house with wood burning fireplace south facing west private and enclosed garden and terrace. This cute place, nestled in an outbuilding of the owners' house, is located on the edge of a quiet lane with a large park with trees, nature and meadows as neighbours. This place, not far from the Baie de Somme, the sea and the forest, will be ideal for a weekend, a holiday, or a telecommuting break for couples or families.

Welcome to La Petite Chouette and Saint Léonard, a heritage village in the heart of the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. Relax in the comfort of this old farmhouse, converted into a cozy house. Ideally located, you can visit Mont Saint Michel, Granville, Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinan, Rennes, Fougères and the D-Day beaches. From the house you can access the GR hiking trail for beautiful walks. Departure for the bay crossings are in the village.

The studio is in an old barn we renovated in 2014. It's part of an 18th century house in the heart of normandy. We made it cosy to make you feel at home as we live in it in the winter. In the countryside, very quiet, we have a big garden for you to enjoy. Close to Rouen, Dieppe and beaches : 30 mn, Etretat 70 km, Calais 2 hours. Ideal for couple, also with baby. Stopover to the souht, week-ends or holidays.

Former cowshed, this cosy dwelling has been completely rebuilt and kitted out with a goal to being carbon neutral. It is an intimate one bedroom retreat with central suspended fireplace, modern underfloor heating and water heating from a modern air-air heat pump. Luxury and comfort are assured with dishwasher and washer/dryer, and the setting is completely private for the perfect romantic getaway.

A 5 mn de l’hypercentre, oubliez votre voiture, le stationnement est gratuit dans la rue !
