300 feet from Atlantic Ocean: Cozy Guest Suite

Guest will have private access on the first floor of this three story ocean view beach home in Virginia Beach, VA. The guest suite is separate from the main house. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and one bathroom. In the entrance hallway there is a stacker washer dryer, refrigerator, microwave, sink next to refrigerator along with a gas grill outside. NOTE: There is no living room; however, there are chairs in the bedrooms. The true living room is the beach on the Atlantic Ocean :)

1924 Spanish Villa - 2 Blocks to Cavalier & Beach!

Rich in history, this 1924 Spanish Villa has been restored to vintage perfection. Situated on Princess Anne Golf Course with sprawling views. Huge living room, one large bedroom, two outdoor patio areas. Three blocks to the boardwalk, 5 min walk and a 3 min bike ride to the beach. Beach towels included! No kitchen but does include mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot with coffee/filter, & Culligan hot/cold filtered water. Murphy queen bed in bedroom & Queen highend sleeper couch in living room!

Quiet Neighborhood 7 Miles From the Beaches

Be sure to read about the pricing using both bedrooms below in 2nd paragraph. My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

Beautiful studio within walking distance to downtown Hampton waterfront, marinas, shopping, dining, microbreweries, arts & museum district. Short drive to beaches, NASA/Langley AFB, Hampton U., and Ft. Monroe. Centrally located off I-64 between Williamsburg and Va. Beach. Quiet and cozy. Has private front and rear entrances and covered private back porch. Perfect for couples & business travelers. Complimentary coffee, tea , water, etc. No 3rd party reservations. Self check in after 3 pm.

Fire Island Pines: Studio Cabin

Studio cabin (approx. 13.5 x 15 ft.) Functional, basic, rustic, atmospheric—It's just a little cabin in the woods. The shack can accommodate only 2 people max. You will be comfortable in this spacious, one bedroom suite. You have your own kitchen, washer/dryer, and living room space with large tvs in the bedroom and the living room. To wind down from your day step into your large beautiful shower that has endless hot water. Try living room sofa pulls out to a sleeper lay down while watching tv, or to use as an extra bed. Enter/exit thru a private entrance. Only you will have access to your space. Clean and inviting. Stay a day, or stay a while!

Enjoy Mar. & Apr. at Va. Bch--average day temp. in 60s. Just steps or bike through a nice area to the beach, restaurants, culture, The Dome, Convention Ctr & other activities. Take a 10-min. walk or bike to the beach (7 short blocks). No traffic or parking hassles! We are close to I264, several military bases & Hilltop Shopping area. This is a quiet neighborhood & convenient location. Perfect for couples & solo travelers. NO animals or pets allowed! NO children under 13 yrs. of age!

Suite Getaway

We are located high on Mott hill in the center of the island. It's about 2 miles to both harbors. There are lots of hiking trails nearby. We are located near the island airport so small private planes come and go during the day but it is usually very quiet at night. Many of our guests say watching the planes is one of their favorite things. This spot is ideal for visitors who like to retreat to a quieter space at the end of a long day at the beach or an evening on the town.

Historic, Downtown area of Norfolk. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, museums, landmarks, parks, memorials, EVMS, & CHKD. This special residence is on the National Register of Historic Homes, includes a clawfoot tub & rooftop patio (no hold harm). This High Victorian Italian home was built in 1870, with a Mansard roof & features an ornamental cast iron veranda. John Cary Weston built this as a summer residence following the Civil War.
