My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

Originally built in the early 1900s to house horses and rowboats, this 600-square-foot Carriage House has been transformed into a stylish 1-bedroom (king bed) rental with 14-foot vaulted ceilings, crown molding, wood floors, and upscale appliances. Beach access is provided by private walkways.

A large room with gas fireplace. The room opens to a private patio with french doors. There is a small sofabed for a child or third guest. The room has a mini-fridge and microwave. The fully tiled bath has a double sinked vanity with granite top and a large double head shower. ​​
