Home from Home 2 Bedroom Bungalow in King's Lynn

Karlin is a lovely fully equipped modern 2 Bedroom bungalow. If Cleanliness and comfort is high on your priority Karlin will not disappoint, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. A modern kitchen which has all the cooking and dining essential s, fridge, hob top, oven, kettle, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave all you need is the ingredients and you are good to go. Karlin has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 3. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed , the second bedroom contains a single bed. A modern bathroom with enclosed hand basin and toilet with a bath/shower. A spacious lounge and dining room which leads to the sun lounge facing the private fully enclosed rear garden and lawn. There is parking on the premises for 3 cars. We meet and greet all our guests and provide a Welcome Pack with a few essentials like tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and a few other picky bits. Our goal is to give you the best possible Home from Home experience, towels and linen are provided to make your stay more enjoyable. If you need anything extra just ask. We do have a few house rules which are for the benefit of all our guests. - Check-in time is 3pm to 10pm . 1 hour notice prior to arrival is required. - Check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed in the property. - No parties. - Pets are allowed at the property subject to additional 10 per night and 500 Damage Deposit.

The East Wing self catering apartment is situated in the oldest 16th century part of the house, it was beautifully renovated and contains a 20 sq m bedroom with fabulous view, kingsize bed, original exposed oak beams, LED TV, antique chandelier. This stylish spacious house is a short walk from the fabulous beach at Old Hunstanton, and a hot tub (for a fee) in the garden to come back to. It's very comfortably furnished and warm with a wood burner and large OLED TV. The shops, cafes and restaurants of the town are also close by as is the challenging Hunstanton Golf Club.
