This light-filled house is located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Riverside and is central for visiting many Southern California attractions at an affordable price. The home has three bedrooms with 4 beds, and freshly decorated communal rooms with high ceilings and large windows including a large dining room, living room with games, breakfast nook, and a TV room. The large backyard offers beautiful sunsets in a setting surrounded by fruit trees, agave plants, and palm trees.

Enjoy your stay at this farmhouse style 2 bed 2 bath condo! Extremely clean and well maintained, this space is conveniently located a few minutes from the downtown area, Central Plaza, and walking distance from Riverside's well known Mt. Rubidoux Hike; a 1-mile trek that gives a stunning view of the entire city. There is a park across the street that kids love which also has a nice walking path. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Access to Wifi, washer/dryer, 2 car garage, and more!

COZY Guesthouse in Covina-Private Bath/Own Entranc

This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. There is also a patio you can sit to enjoy the fresh California weather. Please note we request all guests to submit a government ID prior to check in.

Located in a historic 1895 home—updated but with a few quirks: toilet paper goes in the trash (older pipes). Quiet space, no parties. I live on-site, respect your privacy, and am always available if needed.

One has to go through the gated front yard to go to this apartment. This apartment/studio has it own heat/cooling and a kitchen for light cooking. It is a wonderful place for one to two persons.
