We are located minutes from the shores of beautiful Lake Weyba where we are immersed in nature. Our property is located in a quiet acreage pocket of Peregian Beach. If you are seeking coastal luxury, tranquility and beautiful surroundings, The Breezeway Retreat is for you. We have curated a very special property for our guests to ensure a home away from home.

Longboard Beach House - Pet Friendly

Pets welcomed - securely fenced large rear yard with lower level gate at garage entrance. The fee is $150 per pet per week from 1 Feb 2026. Noosa Council STL rules no pets to be left unattended inside or outside the house. Property backs onto pet friendly bushed national park and beach access to Sunrise and Castaways. There are two outdoor showers (1 hot &1 cold) - please do not enter the property with any residue sand on humans or pets. The garage is accessible to guests by pre-booking.

'Bella Vista' - Noosa Luxury on White Sands

This stylish family friendly 3 bedroom luxury townhouse is located in one of Noosa's prime areas. Walk straight from the living room onto a white soft sandy beach and swim in the crystal blue waters. Spend afternoons on the private roof top area with stunning water views and sunsets over Noosa. Pure holiday bliss! You have your own entrance and use of the pool directly outside the front door.
