Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

The guesthouse is in our backyard, which is so quite that you think you are in the countryside instead of just 30 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam which is very easy to be reached. Your stay is including 2 free bikes! The house is private and comfortable. Our prices are including Euro 5 tourist tax per person/night. So no additional charges!

The house is situated in the centrum, because of this central location, it can be a bit lively and noisy at times, especially on weekends.

Es ist wunderschön gelegen: in einem ruhigen, weitläufigen Park (Sollasi), 2 km vom Strand entfernt, in der Nähe eines Erholungssees und in der Nähe von gemütlichen Dörfern und Städten (wie Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam und Den Haag). Es gibt also viel zu tun, aber es ist auch schön, nach einem Tag am Strand oder einem Ausflug "nach Hause" zu kommen.

"Pelican Dune" is a newly available small holiday home only a few hundred meters away from the beach. This comfortable house is located at Dobbelmanduin in the beautiful village Noordwijk aan Zee. Dobbelmanduin is a peaceful neighborhood. The main shopping street with plenty of shops, a supermarket and bakery are only a few minutes walk away. So are the 2 main boulevards with the restaurants and bars. Pelican Dune has his own entrance.

Mijn compleet gerenoveerd zomerhuisje staat op kleine loopafstand van het gezellige dorpscentrum, het strand, de zee en de duinen. Ik heb erg veel liefde en aandacht besteed aan de inrichting, het huisje is van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. (geniet maar van de vloerverwarming :) De prive ingang brengt je op een sfeervol buitenplaatsje met eigen toegang. Ik heb een sleutel kastje voor eventueel zelf-check in.

In de weide

Dit kleine huisje is voor mensen die houden van natuur en het landelijk gebied. Leuk voor koppels en voor gezinnen met kinderen van 6-12 jaar. Ideale startplaats om te zwemmen, wandelen, fietsen en een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen met een boekje, bij Thermen Maarssen of te genieten van mooie luchten.
