Our beautiful home is set in 2 acres of garden in the picturesque Dordogne, in the Perigord Vert region of France. There is a full-size Pool table, air hockey table and table tennis table indoors and a separate table tennis table outside. The home has everything you need, from a bread maker to a food processor. There are terraces back and front of the house, with an outdoor table to seat 10

La maison vous permettra de profiter des spectacles de rue tous les soirs en juillet et en août, de visites guidées du centre ville et d'un marché le mercredi et le samedi matin. Le centre ville historique est à 100 mètres avec ses restaurants et son ambiance typique. Fête de la truffe en janvier, Fest'oie en mars, le festival des arts en folie en mai, marché de Noël en décembre; Sarlat est une ville dynamique toute l'année.

We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Eiffel is spacious and light with high ceilings and large windows offering views of the surrounding countryside. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden beams and looks out onto a green valley. The large living room has a corner sofa, smart TV and superfast broadband. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings and reversible air-conditioning. The perfect home from home!

This spacious, 100m2 apartment is located within the ramparts of the medieval city of Sarlat, on the quiet, less touristy side of town. Enjoy the charm and character of this recently renovated 17th century home. The heart of most homes is always the kitchen, and no matter your skill level, you’ll love preparing meals under the vaulted ceiling of this old cellar! Take an apéro on the private outdoor terrace before partaking in all of Sarlat's markets, restaurants, festivals and nightlife!

Delightful newly renovated cottage with cozy wood burning stove. In the heart of stunning medieval village, Quiet location but short walk to the butcher, restaurant and tabac/bar. 5 mins drive to Montignac and the Lascaux caves and beautiful villages of thé Dordogne valley. Canoeing easily accessible. Review from Allison: Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful house, everything you need for your stay. Lovely area with plenty to do and see. Best value and nicest place we have stayed.

The Walnut tree.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The walnut tree is our beautiful, comfortable gite. Look out the window and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and nature this area of the Dordogne has to offer. Keep an eye out for deer, owls, red squirrels and many more. We are directly opposite the river beach of Saint Aulaye and on the edge of this historic old village. Wander up the hill to the boulangerie, shops and weekly market. Launderette facilities available in the village.

Charming Pigeonnier Gite (New Listing )

The pigeonnier is a newly renovated apartment, set in beautiful grounds. It is a relaxing space within Laugerie Basse Gites with 5 separate gites. Come along and enjoy the peace and tranquility, it looks out onto the beautiful gardens and a stunning swimming pool which is heated May/June/September. This apartment is suitable for two people. it is not suitable for children /infants or for people with mobility issues as the gite has stairs. However, my 4 other gites are suitable.
