This restored 1905 Victorian duplex cottage is two blocks from Little Rock Central High School in the heart of the historic district. It was completely renovated as a certified historic rehabilitation in 2007, and is meticulously maintained. The apartment has 12 foot high ceilings, beautiful trim and details, original cypress flooring, quality, comfortable, practical furnishings, a well appointed and stocked kitchen ready for cooking, off street parking and exceptional charm.

Down a long driveway, quiet and in a rural setting. If you bring a pet, we ask that you supervise them at all times. The place is small but cozy.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

The Layover

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.

Rustic Lodge

Located just 6 miles south of I-530 off of HWY 79S on 50 acres. Just 1 1/2 miles from Dollar Store, 15 mins from Walmart & Chick-fil-A and 18 mins from Saracen Casino. The Space The Rustic Lodge is a small but suitable place with the comforts of home. An exterior camera is located outside of home.
