Immersed in nature, Tegwaan is a little ecosystem of its own: with fresh water springs, several fish ponds and a creek, the grass is always green, the trees are tall and the birds are happy! :-). The campsite is behind the 100 year old barn with beautiful views of the Ememeza mountain.

Khaya Mandevu - a bush getaway

Khaya Mandevu is a quirky old farmhouse from the 1920’s, situated on a fish farm in mountainous and malaria-free Schoemanskloof. A covered verandah overlooks a dam below, there's a small dip pool for cooling off and a beautiful stretch of river close by with huge Matumi trees. Marked hiking trails extend from river to mountain top, with indigenous forest in 2 gorges, waterfalls, cascades, and archaeological sites to explore. Ideal for nature lovers, birders, tree and history enthusiasts.

Eden Rain

The house is centrally located and is within easy walking distance to the main attractions. It has its own fenced off garden and is situated in a small estate with 3 other houses. There's a solar system which keeps lights, wifi and the fridge on during loadshedding! The main living area is spacious and has a beautiful sunroom for lounging around. Each bedroom can be arranged into either double or single beds which is ideal for any group booking and there is a pizza oven available as well.
