Several beautiful and unspoiled beaches nearby. Perfect for discovering both Montenegro and Croatia as the border is only a few hundred meters away. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and families. Located on the Luštica peninsula, Sea Breeze has dramatic, 180-degree views of the Bay of Kotor and the twin massifs of the Orjen and Lovcen mountains. The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Njivice Coastal Oasis This one-bedroom apartment is located on middle floor and offer one bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious kitchen with living room. It is comfortable for up to 3 persons, mainly parents with one child (there is a double bed + sofa bed). The balcony offers amazing views of the whole bay and the property owns a private beach with sunbeds hidden down the multiple stairs to the coastline. The stairs will be a little challenge but we promise it is worth it!

It is an apartment within the private house which has a beautiful terrace with great sea view... It is 300 meters away from the sea coast, downhill. It is in the quite neighbourhood, close to the city center, restaurant and shops and local transport. Regarding the COVID-19 situation, just want to add that we do our best to take all necessary safety measures so that our guests can feel safe.

Mitten in der pittoresken Altstadt des Welterbes Kotor liegt dieses Juwel von einer Wohnung. 54 Stufen müssen erklommen werden aber dafür wird man mit einem unvergesslichen Ausblick über die Dächer von Kotor, die umliegenden Berge und den Fjord mehr als belohnt. Ganz zu schweigen von dem eigenen kleinen Gärtchen mit Terrasse über den Dächern der Altstadt.
