La maison est indépendante (pas de mitoyenneté), vous serrez les seuls à profiter de cette propriété. Vesna parle français. Vous pourrez visiter Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Lovran et Opatija, Plitvice, l'ile de krk (pont) et Mali Losing ou Cres.

Es erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen: Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer; im 1.OG gibt es ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick und ein Einzelzimmer; Im 2.OG gibt es ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad und Balkon. House Lavanda is ideal for family holidays. It is situated not far from the beach (150 m) in a quiet area. A grocery, a bakery, a fruit shop, a pharmacy and a post office are 6-7 min walk from the house. The house is completely equipped in shabby chick style. There is a brick barbeque as well as an outside dining table and a small garden. One parking lot is included into the price (another one with extra payment). It is a two storey house, so be careful with small kids (up to 2 yrs).

In the perfect location, just a few stairs away from the beach, 30min bike ride(bikes included) or an even quicker car ride from center of Crikvenica. Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
