Es liegt wunderschön inmitten malerischer Berge und üppiges Grün des umliegenden Teeanwesens. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist erstaunlich, da sie sehr günstig gelegen ist (5 Fahrminuten von der Stadt Kotagiri entfernt) und sehr gut erreichbar, da es eine private Straße bis zur Unterkunft gibt. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem umzäunten ruhigen und malerischen zwei Hektar großen privaten Teeanwesen.
