It would make a great homebase for adventures fishing, boating, hiking, winetasting, etc. Travel less than one minute by car (5 on foot), & you'll find a park, a public beach, & a free boat launch. Or, you can stay home & BBQ on the deck. Restaurants, coffee, & shopping within easy walking distance.

Winter time...you can bask in the glow of your fireplace or sit out and gaze at the stars in front of your outdoor fire pit! Spring/summer enjoy colorful gardens and meals picked out of your own backyard....you may cook, or allow me to prep a meal and serve you at your own bistro table. Quiet and peaceful...feels very far away but Kville is just a mile up the road with with numerous wine tasting rooms, restaurants, brewery, shops and LOTS of live music, birding, hiking, fishing, gambling.

Beautiful New Deck with 10’x10’ Gazebo! Spectacular views of Mount Konocti and Clearlake, the largest freshwater lake in California. Pet friendly Cottage (B) $15 pet cleaning fee paid in lock box. Watch out for killer hummingbirds , rangale of deer, speed-demon Quail, wild Turkeys. LOL IMPORTANT for Locals: message me the reason for your stay. Lots of problems with locals. (Parties, etc) 99% of guests are stopovers or vacation getaways. I Reserve the right to cancel questionable bookings.

Beautiful country vineyard property!

Country main house set in the middle of vineyards. Our property is on seven acres, you’re surrounded by vineyard, olive and Walnut trees. Excellent getaway from the city with friends. The star gazing is amazing. We come up regularly between renters and are completely involved with the upkeep of the house and grounds. The house is just a short drive from Kelseyville and the town of Lakeport. Just minutes from the lake and area wineries. Walking distance to The Mercantile tasting room!

Charming....three bedrooms, two bath vineyard cottage has everything you need to make your wine country vacation comfortable and memorable. Enjoy your days basking in the sun, and your nights on the patio stargazing. Expect a warm welcome. Located minutes from wineries, museums, and other famous Northern California attractions. In regards to the pool please check with host to make sure it’s available. The pool at times may be shared with other guest on the property.

Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm. Also nearby are wineries, hiking trails up a dormant volcano, and California's largest and oldest lake. Our farm is featured in the September 2022 issue of Sunset magazine. Check it out!

Adventure awaits: Stay, play, relax, and getaway! Hike the mountain or bike the lake, then return for a soak in the jacuzzi bathtub. Relax on the deck with a BBQ and a game of corn hole. The famous Konocti Harbor resort is nearby offering summer entertainment, a swimming pool, dual boat launch and EV charging. Just 10 minutes away, explore downtown Kelseyville.

Samadhi’s Birdhouse is a quiet retreat perched atop a tiny peninsula that juts out into the southern portion of Clear Lake reaching toward Mount Konocti [Mountain Woman in Pomo]. Water surrounds you on all sides as birds abound. You’ll see pelicans streaming past; egrets finding their familiar ground; eagles, hawks, and turkey vultures looking down in curiosity. Deer, jackrabbits, and wild turkey graze together while melodic birdsong fills the air.

Welcome to Seven Arbor Cottage! Enjoy some peace and quiet among the trees while taking in a peek-a-boo view of Clearlake or relaxing in the outdoor hot tub. My two story cottage is nestled in the Black Forest so there's plenty of privacy from neighbors and several interpretative hikes for wandering. Relax on the multi-level deck and stare at the sunrises and starry night skies or chill in the hammock that's surrounded by a bamboo garden.
