We even provide EV charging inside the premises so you may travel around to enjoy the beauty of the island without hassle.

The hot tub by the waterfall-inclusive facilities

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

This homely 1 bedroom studio is a perfect solution for your visit to the Isle of Man. It is special place which is close to supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, tourist attractions making it easy to plan your visit be it biking, walking or exploring the Old Capital of Mann (Castletown). The Signet Studio is 5 minutes from the airport and well connected to a frequent bus service. Kerroobeg is an original Manx cottage in a remote and beautiful situation.  Its elevated position gives Kerroobeg commanding views over the southern coastline and South Barrule to the rear.  This 4 star cottage has two bedrooms, large lounge / dining room, spacious, full-equipped kitchen, and a stunning oak framed sunroom. There is a large garden and plenty of off-road parking. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers

Compact studio apartment comprising of a bedroom with double bed, lounge dining area with a double sofa bed and shower room. Located on the TT course at Ballagarey Corner (w3w wanted vests baker), on a main bus route, approximately 3.5 miles from Douglas and just a few minutes drive to the nearest pubs and shops. In a rural setting with access to country walks. Well behaved dogs welcome but they may not be left in the property alone.

Private Annex

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.
