Newquay is 8 miles south and Newquay Airport only about 6 miles. The coastal path links all the way from Padstow to Newquay past our 7 local beaches. All the beaches offer great surf potential in particular conditions and there is great fishing from the rocks or beaches

Paddocks view is a spacious two bedroom bungalow in the hamlet of Treworgans, Cubert, 10 minutes from the busy resort of Newquay. Paddocks View comfortably sleeps 5 people making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Paddocks View comprises of an open plan lounge with smart TV and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, main bedroom with double bed and large ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds and a main bathroom. All bed linen and bath towels are provided.

Charlestown,Pentewan,Mevagissey, Heligan and Eden all nearby. The cottage is light and bright with panoramic views over the valley, with Kingswoods leading to Pentewan beach & village. Good pub 1 mile. Very well equipped for up to 4 persons for a fabulous Cornish holiday. Free wi fi and parking.

You can park right outside with a small outdoor area (not enclosed)to seat and chill on the sunny days. ready to use for strictly two people over the age of 21,pets- either couples or two friends sharing. The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
