Built in 1929 as the garage for "Lakefalls Lodge, it's been completed renovated into a luxurious, cozy home with modern amenities. Guests rave about "views of the snowy pond while you’re warm inside" from heated floors and a wood burning stove with free firewood. Spikes provided for wonderful winter walks.

Spacious lake house with a private beach, directly on Lake Todd in Newbury, NH, located within the Lake Sunapee Region. Fish for bass, pickerel or swim/boat to one of the lake's three islands. Relax on the water or on one of the large decks overlooking the lake. Enjoy local outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, golfing, fishing & kayaking. Mt Sunapee ski area is only 10 minutes down the road. Enjoy ice skating and cross country skiing right out your door in the winter or cozy by the fire.

The Round House on the Connecticut River

"River Round" offers guests the finest waterfront on the New Hampshire side of the Connecticut River with a private dock, panoramic views, and spectacular sunsets. A four-season destination close to skiing at Okemo, Stratton, Sunapee and more. Circular main floor with cathedral ceilings, exposed beams, and a fully-equipped chefs kitchen along with three bedrooms and three baths. Kolelemook Cottage - a peaceful lakeside retreat that offers something for everyone all year round. With pristine and shallow water, this lake is perfect for family recreation. We offer an inflatable swim platform, children and adult kayaks, as well as a paddle board for seasonal enjoyment (available Memorial Day-October 15). Board games and Smart TV for indoor entertainment. 10 min. to downtown New London, 20 min. to Sunapee Ski Resort, with loads of hiking options just a short drive away.

You will find the treehouse sits up in between 2 beautiful northern hemlocks and is fully equipped inside.

Direct Waterfront A-Frame, Close to 3 Ski Areas!

My direct waterfront, year-round A-Frame cabin is 30 min to Mount Sunapee, 20 min to Crotched, and 15 min to Pat's Peak! It’s located on a small 32-acre pond near Franklin Pierce Lake with over 100 feet of waterfront. There is a 6 foot main dock to load kayaks, and a small fishing dock off to the side. The fishing on our pond gets rave reviews! The property sits on 1/3 of an acre, on a sloped hill. It's located between Keene and Concord, and nearby many great hiking and snowmobile trails

Swiss Chalet Family Retreat!

Welcome to our family's Swiss style chalet! Inspired by trips to Davos, Switzerland, my grandparents built the chalet in the 1950s to be a family playhouse and gathering spot for their 6 children. It's kind of magical. Today, our large extended family still enjoys holiday celebrations here every year. Our kids love exploring the woodland trails and swimming in Center Pond. We hope you love it as much as we do! Note: the building also has two apartments on the first floor.
