It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The cottage has underfloor heating on the ground floor, a log burner, a sumptuous Wesley-Barrell sofa, comfy Hypnos mattress and bed, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and White Company towels and toiletries.

The Bothy is stone built, situated by the farm barns and parking outside. The ground floor rooms overlook the gardens of Wilcote Manor. The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

The Bothy is a totally unique and charming studio apartment, set in the rafters of a barn on our farm. You can swim in the natural swimming pool on your doorstep. There are fields beyond for walking or cycling. It's a wonderful, peaceful setting for those who want to get some calm space. Fresh air in the summer, cosy rural retreat in the winter. It can also be used as an extra double annex to our other holiday let, the Luxury Barn on AirB&B.
