THIS IS A SUMMER ONLY LISTING Snowbird Lodge, located in the small hamlet of Charlotte Pass Village is the highest lodge in Australia. The lodge has 20 ensuite guest rooms, and is ski-in/ski out during winter months. The large lounge room has amazing views over Charlotte Pass Village, a modern kitchen, large inviting fireplace and a myriad of seating options. Illabunda Lodge at Perisher Valley Twin share #1

Illabunda is a family friendly Member Lodge owned by The Port Kembla Ski Club. The lodge is ski in, ski out and is located below the Sundeck and adjacent to the Telemark Ski Lift. The lodge is fully catered (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and has live in managers. Its run as a members lodge so you will be expected to undertake minor tasks such as lighting the fire, making your bed (if you want to) and helping serve meals. We look forward to your visit

Bush Ridge Retreat BNB

Tranquil Setting on 40 acres of bushland. Owned and lived in by friendly family, so you'll be sharing home with us. You'll have your own spacious bedroom and private bathroom, only 7 mins to Cooma. Enjoy easy access to shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay located 1hr 20 mins to snow fields, Roast Marshmallows outside with the firepit. Take a stroll through relaxing bushland seeing kangaroos, birdlife and occasionally deer.

Kosipark - Two Bedroom Chalet

Great family comfort for up to six people. Fully self-contained with two bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and carport parking. Comfortable and cosy all year round with 24 hour silent heating, carpet and insulation. Most of the chalets provide 1 queen bed (with electric blanket), 2 double bunks, blankets, doonas and pillows. All you need to bring are your sheets, pillow slips and towels (these may also be hired).

Relax by your outside fire pit with a wine or explore our beautiful 25 acres , where you can walk the forest , feed the incredible birds or chase our chickens !

Homestead

The Homestead is our highest featured and best cottage. It has 4 bedrooms , 2 bedrooms upstairs. It can sleep up to 8 guests All beds can be configured as king or twin, their is a lounge room and large open farmhouse kitchen/dining area, a wood stove in both and also a gas stove in kitchen. There are three downstairs bathrooms.
