My family and I live on the 2nd flr. Guests have the 1st flr unit completely to themselves. Parking is never an issue, as the spots in front of the house are almost always available. 1863 Mystic Victorian, Guest Suite w/ Private Bath

Experience the charm of historic Mystic from our 1863 Victorian home. A keypad entry leads to your private Queen bedroom & bath. Our goal was to create a boutique hotel-like setting separate from the main house. At the back of the house, the guest suite is accessed via a private entrance. Enter the bedroom and find your private bath off a short hallway. This space is yours. We provide a minifridge and keurig but there is no kitchen and you do not have access to the rest of the house.

Approximately 20 minutes from Foxwood Resort and Mohegan Sun casino. 10-12 minutes from Groton beach, and 8 minutes to Groton local airport. 10-12 minutes to the Naval Submarine base.

Historic Downtown Westerly with its thriving restaurant, arts & music scene is 1.5 miles from the house. Take a short drive to Stonington or Mystic for shopping or local vineyards. Feeling lucky? Fab newly decorated suite in 1957 home set on a private pond near Watch Hill, RI. Private entrance with mini kitchen, fridge,microwave, portable induction cooktop,toaster,coffeemaker- every thing but the kitchen sink! Please note: there is no kitchen sink nor oven. Ensuite bath with new towels,robes,linens,and bedding. Outdoor shower ( in addition to an indoor one!) ,grill,lounging area. Near beaches,music,food, Mystic Ct attractions. Great relaxing venue.
