Welcome to Sugar River Treehouse! If you’re looking for serenity, peace and quiet, in the most unique, breathtaking, beautiful setting, you have found it. On top of the trees, overlooking the Sugar River in the quaint town of Newport, NH you will find plenty of year round activities including swimming, floating, fishing on the beautiful, clear Sugar River, right outside the back door. You will find the treehouse sits up in between 2 beautiful northern hemlocks and is fully equipped inside.

Treetop Sanctuary

Get away from life at the treetop sanctuary! Follow the suspended path through the trees to your own little treetop oasis. This standalone space rests 30 feet above the forest floor. The space is perfect for reconnecting with nature. Amenities: Elec. WIFI, Compost toilet, Woodstove (I supply firewood), Fridge. Bring; *SLEEPING BAGS* or Blankets/Linens (queen size) Pots and pans, (If You wish to cook on the stove) Accepting children 10 +up. Absolutely no pets. 4wd/awd during winter pls.

The Cuckoos Nest at Sweetwater

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable off grid escape. The Nest sits amongsts the whispering pines overlooking the Tooky River. The Nest is solar powered with lights and Bluetooth speakers so you can enjoy your favorite tunes while sitting around the firepit table or fire taking in the serenity of Sweetwater. The solar system will support cpap and you can charge your devices too .You can also swim/ fish / kayak right here!

This treehouse-style canvas tent offers a peaceful stay gently elevated above the ground. A natural boulder step leads up to a cedar deck tucked among the canopy. Inside the tent are two twin mattresses, along with space for adventure gear. Campsite includes a private fire pit for evenings spent roasting s’mores and sharing stories under the stars.
