(1 Queen sized Murphy Bed that stays down sleeps 2 and Table turns into bed, it is difficult to set up. a cot is provided for more comfort and easy set up. Tents are available upon request! TV’s, DVD player and Xbox are included. Outside seating, hammock & fire pit. Wi-Fi is available but may not be strong enough for working remote. Wi-Fi test was rated as 12 mbps.
