We have plenty of street parking in a very quiet neighborhood.

My place is located on a picturesque hill with expansive views in every direction but is only 4 miles from Luckenbach and 14 from downtown Fredericksburg. You'll love my place because of the peaceful location, the views, beautiful updated interior, and great porch. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with children that are 15 years of age or older.

Fiesta Texas/La Cantera/RIM Cozy Room (5.6 miles)

The room has a king bed and private bath. The room has a flatscreen TV with cable. We will provide a continental style breakfast with coffee, tea, breakfast bars and oatmeal. We are located close to Fiesta Texas, La Cantera Mall and the RIM Shopping Center. We are also close to Boerne for people that may want to visit the area.
