On the ground floor there is a dining room , kitchen, living room from which you access the terrace with HEATED swimming pool, shower and deck chairs. There are aslo two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the second floor you'll find the kitchen with dining area, living room, bedroom wand bathroom. The parking is 80m away from the house and is accessible by foot trough an illuminated path.

A four floor building was built in 2015. It is located on the hill, 200m from a small public beach and the town centre and about 500m from a wild beach. We are waiting for you with modern decorated and fully featured 19 luxurious apartments, swimming pool, restaurant and bar.

The house is located in a quiet part of Korcula, on the road to Lumbarda. The house has two apartments for rent. In our apartments we also serve breakfast. We always try to prepare food for breakfast that is produced on our farm, and that is organically grown, or organically grown food that is produced by methods complying with the standards of organic farming, from local producers. Breakfast is not included in price.
