Bad: Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken, Waschmaschine, WC. Handtücher inklusive. Bereich: 220m vom nächsten Strand 400m zum Supermarkt (Konzum) 500 m vom Stadtzentrum, Restaurants usw. 64 km nach Plitvice Nationalpark 41 km zum Nationalpark Velebit Über dem Haus: Das Haus wurde vor 70 Jahren von unserem Großvater/Vater gebaut. Es war eines der ersten Häuser in dieser Gegend von Senj, es gab keine Straßen oder Straßenlaternen. Heutzutage hat sich alles verändert, es gibt viele Häuser, Straßen, Straßenlaternen und es ist ein sehr beliebtes Viertel zum Leben. Unsere Großeltern wohnen nicht mehr im Haus. Unsere 103-jährige Oma lebt noch, sie kann hier einfach nicht mehr alleine leben. Wir wollten das schöne Einfamilienhaus behalten und haben das Haus renoviert und in 2 Wohnungen umgebaut.

Our house is located on the island Cres. You can emerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of untouched nature, breathing air flavoured by sea and mediterranean plants. This is an area with only a few houses, ideal for a peaceful holiday. You can enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear sea overlooking the panoramic views of the island. Vlatkoviceva city center apartment

Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
