"O beata solitudo, o sola beatitudo" Immerso nella tranquillità della natura e a pochi metri dalla Fonte Annorsi e la sua preziosa acqua sorgiva, il "Rifugio del Gran Sasso" era una stalla per le pecore.Dopo anni di abbandono, riconvertita ad uso residenziale e ricettivo, ha trovato una seconda vita grazie ad una sapiente ristrutturazione che, pur nel rispetto del contesto, si è avvalsa delle più recenti tecnologie come ad esempio l’impianto termico a pavimento o la struttura ventilata del tetto

Casa accogliente, dotata del necessario per stare tranquilli, lontano dalla frenesia della città, in collina, a 15/20 min./auto da mare e monti. La casa si trova nel bel borgo, a vocazione enogastronomica, di Torano Nuovo, "paese del gusto","Città del Vino" e capitale del Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Nelle vicinanze vi sono le città di Ascoli Piceno, San Benedetto del Tronto, Civitella del Tronto con la Fortezza, oltre alla Costa Adriatica. Possibilità di fare escursioni in MTB e "Walk in Nature".

Benvenuti! Ci troviamo in una zona tranquilla nei pressi di Nereto, tra le colline abruzzesi. Il nostro appartamento può ospitare da 1 a 5 persone. Se amate il mare, troverete diverse località balneari a pochi km, come Alba Adriatica e Tortoreto Lido (bandiere blu 2022). La centralità del nostro paese vi permetterà di visitare, oltre alle località costiere, alcuni tra i Borghi più belli d'Italia, passeggiare tra i nostri campi di ulivi o fare tour in bicicletta ed escursioni! Mit eigenem Eingang, komplett eingezäunt, 3 Parkplätzen, einer Veranda im privaten Garten mit Tisch und Stühlen, einem Gemüsebeet und Obstbäumen. Zwei große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafsofa und Kamin, ein weiteres Bad und Küche.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
