Das Ferienhaus in Nenadici auf der Insel Krk bietet Platz für 5 Personen. Es besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern, einer Küche mit Essbereich und einem Wohnzimmer. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist eigentlich eine offene Galerie, die durch Treppen getrennt ist und über ein angeschlossenes eigenes Bad verfügt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Terrassen mit Gartenmöbeln, Grill und einen wunderschön angelegten Garten. Parkplatz ist vorhanden.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.
