A 5 min walk from the ferry terminal, IGA, Bottle-o and local bus stop to access beaches & bays, or hire an island car to explore this beautiful unspoilt island paradise. We have a private, self-contained Ground Floor Unit under our home in the quiet, leafy suburb of Mundingburra in Townsville, North Queensland. The Unit is on the ground floor of our home with a shared secure entrance, a heated pool with a deck and on-site parking We are a short walk to nearby Sheriff Park and river walkways. The Unit is a 15 min drive to most places in Townsville with bus services available nearby. We have free NBN Wifi. We are pet friendly with a small charge per stay.

Island Cottages

New fully equipped 2 bedroom house a block away from Nelly Bay beach on tropical Magnetic Island. Can be rented as a 1 bedroom (2nd bedroom will be locked if booked for 2 pax) or 2 bedroom house. Great central location, less than a minute walk to the beach, grocery store, pharmacy, clinic, playground and bottle shop. Couple minutes to cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops, bakery and bank. There is a queen size bed in one room and two singles in the other which zip together to make a queen bed.
