Relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings while refreshing yourself from the summer heat in the pool. Guests have access to a wood-burning grill next to the summer kitchen, so they can carefree enjoy the whole day outside. There is an outdoor shower and toilet next to the pool. In the morning and late in the evening, guests can relax on the spacious terrace with a wonderful view of the Učka mountain and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Children will especially enjoy the playground.

Die moderne und neue Villa Dalia ist ideal für einen Familienurlaub! Die Villa strahlt ein Stil und zieht mit ihren komfortablen und einfachen Räumen an. In der Umgebung der Villa befinden sich die Wohnungen, die in erster Linie für die Familienunterkunft geeignet sind und sie schaffen eine harmonische Atmosphäre. Wohnfläche: 150 m2. Die Hälfte des Hauses ist zu vermieten, nämlich die rechte Seite (vom Meer aus gesehen). Der Eigentümer wohnt auf der linken Seite.

Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
