It offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea with unique sunsets. Ideal for those who love the tranquility and relaxation that nature offers, it can accommodate 6-7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge with kitchen, all with views and access to the terrace,2 bathrooms one of them situated on the terrace and 2 showers outside. Car needed.

Un casa Con stile is a unique house 50m2 with 1 bedroom ,1 living room ,1 bathroom and one balcony, located among Parga ,Preveza and Lefkada.Cafes, restaurants ,supermarkets are 200m. from our accommodation and our guests can go to the beach on foot.Wi -fi,TVs,central heating,air-conditioner, a fan roof,a fully equipped kitchen , a washing machine are available too. The Villa is located in Lefkada island 15 min driving distance from the main city and 2 min by car from the famous beach Kathisma. The main house is white-washed with a pergola next to the pool (6.00x3.00)m 1.45 depth, a private parking and garden. On the ground floor there is an open-plan sitting/dinning/kitchen area with one bedroom and one bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second with a smaller bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals.
