This cute space is attached to our home yet has complete privacy. there is one bedroom with one queen size bed The living area has a dual reclining sofa and chair so comfy to watch tv or sit by the fireplace on chilly nights. The main living space also has a table and chairs to enjoy meals or use as workspace. kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker , coffee , microwave, toaster oven, and mini-fridge. There is a cooktop in the apartment. Great location only 6 blocks from the beach.1

Cozy suite with a queen bed and a private bath along with a private den with a futon, TV, and desk. The suite has a private entrance. The house is located very close to great nightlife in the Riverside historic area, but it is in the rear of the property and very peaceful. There are also several museums close by, and the stadium and concert venues are very close as well! There are great food options ranging from hole in the wall to some of the finest dining spots in the city.

Perfect space for your weekend or monthly stay. Conveniently located close to the beach, dining, Mayo Clinic, golf and shopping. Perfect for two people with or without your special pet. We love your dog, but sorry we can't accommodate your kitties. Small kitchen space with coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven, top cooker for burgers, grilled cheese, eggs and has a large fridge. A short drive to the beach. 5 minutes max. Easy to bike to, but a little far to walk

Cute, clean efficiency apartment within a larger home. Completely private with separate entry door. Luxury vinyl "wood" flooring, Memory foam mattress. Appliances include dorm fridge/freezer, toaster oven, microwave, burner, coffee pot. Plenty of storage and a large closet. Only 4 miles from the stadium and downtown. 10 miles from Mayo Clinic and 13 to the beach. Centrally located - a great location for concerts, festivals and other events in the Jacksonville area!
