Our house has two apartments with separate entrances. Each one has a full bath, kitchen and bedroom with a high quality, comfortable queen bed . Nestled down a private road, enjoy a lovely waterfront home with sweeping 180 degree views of Potter’s Pond. Newly renovated and meticulously decorated. Unwind and relax on the back deck watching the extensive variety of birds and breathtaking sunsets. Spend your days exploring the pond in kayaks or try your hand at clamming, steps from the house. Located 1 mile from East Matunuck Beach, 1 mile from Tennis, Pickleball and Basketball courts. Walking distance to the renowned Matunuck Oyster Bar.

In walking distance to Jamestown Village. Short drive to Newport (14 min); Wickford (15 min); Narragansett (23 min); Block Island Ferry (38 min); and TFG Airport (30 min). The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

This peaceful and centrally-located place is a sunny and spacious modern one-bedroom cottage located in the heart of historic Wakefield. We're minutes from many RI beaches. Stroll downhill to a lovely park on Saugatucket River, then cross the charming footbridge into town. Here you'll find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream, plus excellent community theater, yoga, and interesting shops. Relax inside this light-filled home or sit out on the deck overlooking the gardens and town.

Our property is centrally located from all beaches in South County Rhode Island. Walking distance to shopping and groceries also a playground if you have children. Enjoy this beautiful home that we poured our heart and soul into ourselves. There are custom countertops along with the soft touches to make you feel at home. The bathroom is extremely spacious. There is a wide open living/dining area . One queen Bedroom with lots of space. A twin bedroom that extends into a king bed.

Enjoy your stay at this quintessential beach apartment... only 5 minute walk to Beautiful Narragansett Town Beach. Short distance drive to other destination beaches in South County Rhode Island, ferry to Block Island and much more New England summer fun. Minutes to shoppers paradise by the sea- bring home local seafood to prepare in your own full kitchen or enjoy local walkable restaurants and ice cream at the Pier. After a relaxing time at the beach, chill out on the front covered porch.

Narragansett Vacation Beach Home

3 bedroom, 2 bath home conveniently located a 5 minute walk away from Scarborough beach. There is plenty of yard space to enjoy outdoor activities by day and sitting on the patio under the string lights by night as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The large main living/dining area offers space to gather and the modern kitchen is complete with all necessities. 3 bedrooms offer a king, queen, and 2 twin beds for a good night's sleep with 2 updated bathrooms.

Great Island Water View Cottage

Our newly renovated cottage provides an ocean view! We’re located within minutes of 3 local beaches, and within walking distance of the Block Island Ferry! A washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor shower, wifi, and BBQ grill are all fully available to guests during their stay. This is our second home! We are confident that you’ll find the necessary amenities to stay comfortable! Although children are welcome, we would not recommend our cottage to a family with small children.
