Our island location necessitates a strict cancellation policy (ours mirrors the Nantucket Lodging Association's). Due to occasional weather related ferry/plane service interruptions, we highly recommend travel insurance (please see below for cancellation/travel insurance details). Six weeks prior to arrival, we will email you a list of our favorite restaurants with links to menus and reviews. For high season restaurant reservations, when possible, please contact us four to five weeks prior to your arrival. We are happy to make your reservations. Our check-in time is normally 3 p.m. However if you arrive early and your room is not ready, we will be happy to store your luggage. Check-out time is 11 a. m. All rooms have hair dryers and beach bags with towels, bottled water, and magazines. We are a non-smoking inn. Don't hesitate to contact us to help plan your visit to the island. One Fish @ Woods Hole Passage

This is a guest room in the Woods Hole Passage Inn being offered with NO breakfast and NO daily housekeeping at a discounted rate. The guest rooms share a separate entrance off the parking area. You have access to your room and the grounds at this pricing. This ground floor offers a queen size bed and private bathroom. It has a small sitting area with two chairs, a table, and reading lamp. It looks out towards our front gate and our Japanese Snowdrop tree. It has AC/heat and free, secure Wifi.
